This is a scam I sign up with this company when they where called costal processing. I paid into this program for 2 years paid them 6k and nothing was done ! I call no one can answer the question because they are.not lawyers nor can you ever speak to one now I received a judgment for a lawsuit for a debt that I thought they took care of and they haven't. Can't open the portal. I entered automatic stop payment to one of my collectors and requested a hardcopy in the mail that sent a stop and seize letter to ************************* so it could be placed in my checking account file. I've received no proof of said letter being sent to anyone. I've read bad reviews about Litigation Practice Group. Should I stop the autopay to LPG? Can I request a refund of the one time payment of $347.10?

Just like everyone else, I have received the run around from this office, always waiting on hold, always being told they'll put in a request, and nothing ever gets done. They are attempting to correct fees for something they could not uphold and I refuse to pay those fees when my contract explicitly stated they will be refunded. DO NOT USE THIS EXCUSE FOR A LAW FIRM.
**************** March has stolen $253.45 as I was a client for a day and canceled. He personally told me that I would receive a full refund in **** business days and I have yet to see it back in my account. They are a scam, do not let this guy try to bully you into signing up. Hes pushy and even told me he wasnt an attorney but the website says otherwise sketchy.

LPG over charged on contract and failed to uphold the contract. Was offered a refund of partial of funds paid to LBG. But was to hold me off with run around. This is two years old with LPG doing nothing. Was told if stopped service I would get no refund. That is what they want me to do. I will not. When I overpaid they kept the money. Did not refund.Please help me.

Your practice is a joke! I've talked to your reps multiple times and they have a tendency to hang up on you when you ask questions about you account. I have sent emails as requested by this POS company that I had ***** remorse and that my credit score os not that bad. I requested my ****** back multiple time and they hang up on you! They requested that I let all my debt to go into collections so thay can file against my debt and then of they win..... I have contacted this company on several occasions to cancel my account with then. I sent email to stop deducting their charge from my bank account but here we go again they took it out again this month. One time they even deducted twice from my account. What do I need to do to stop these people?
I met with some hard times and found myself in credit card debt. The attorneys at litigation practice group were able to lower my payments and debt making it easier for me to make payments. I start automatic payments in July. I considered filing bankruptcy and they would have referred me to someone for that but after doing my research I decided that isn't the best way to go. I'm very happy with their help. I paid them in monthly payments which were well worth it considering the help that I got.
They are terrible! Not a single creditor has been told they represent me. Ive called and called and emailed numerous times. Im being sued and theyve collected until I refused to allow further until they show me proof theyve sent letters. ************** me they will send proof but dont. Im a nervous wreck and believed them. Now Im looking for very different counsel.
