I have been Litigation Practice Group customer since May 2020, I never failed a payment until May 2022, because one of your collector agents decided to collect three time the same monthly payment at the end of the month of April 2022. First off, Litigation Practice Group was my saving ****** I have had a major shopping problem since my early 20s. Amazing service, and even better follow through. Litigation Practice Group made it so easy to get ahold of them and answer my questions. They were always proactive about keeping me in the loop when it came to the status of my accounts. I have one credit card for $7033 that I asked LPG to resolve, they did nothing other than collect a monthly fee of over $1,300 from me over a 5-month period. No results or feedback from the as to whether they have heard from the creditor. So I canceled my service from them in the conversation, I asked them how bad their reputation was online, and they said, Oh that was a clitch! 2 and half years they took over $10,000 from me to do absolutely nothing. Every time I emailed- no reply, set up a scheduled call back- never called, called and was never given a straight answer or was hung up. The worst mistake I have ever made in trying to help my financial situation. Now I am forced to file bankruptcy to deal with the debt that I could have put that money towards.
