I've been with LPG Law group for approximately a year and a half. Unfortunately, it has been a terrible experience. My payment was drafted twice in April, which caused an overdraft fee.Everytime I call they give me a different date when it will be refunded. It's been almost 3 weeks and the money has not been returned.I will stop all payments to this company on Monday, May 2nd.

I got the same problem. They tried to get money from me too. Of this month they took off money on the 7th and another on the 8th, I complain them to my bank and give me the money back and paid the 30 dollars fee to the bank so they would not let the *** company charge me. Lucky that I caught them early by checking my online banking account and saw their activities of charging me twice. My bank said I have to report them to the police to file a police report. LPG took $270.03 from my checking account on April 8 or 9 . It was scheduled to be withdrawn April 28, 3 days after Social Security is deposited into my account. Well guess what? The initial $270.03 caused a cascade of monthly payments to be returned as non payable be cause of insufficent funds. It was 3 accounts ($90). When I called they said not to worry, they would make things right and put the $90 back in my account. It's April 29 and I haven't seen any of those funds returned to me. Do yourself a favor, call Litigation Practice Group!! I researched and researched for months and months before finally reaching out. I looked at 5 different companies and ultimately decided on LPG. I am so glad that I chose them! They communicated what I should expect and how it would work once enrolled in their program. It happened exactly how they said it would. A payment was taken out of my acct on 4-7-22 due to system error. Ive been told multiple times they issued a refund. I have yet to receive my money. Ive been told they issued a wire transfer on **** which could take ***** hours. Today is **** and still nothing. Once I receive my refund, if ever, I will be cancelling services with this shady business.

When I first spoke to a agent about the program I was assured that at any time I could cancel if it doesn't work for me. I received reminders every Month until March when I said I can no longer afford the program. In April I never received a reminder so when the payment was deducted, I called and explained to them that I can't afford the program and I didn't receive the reminder so I didn't expect the payment to be deducted from my account. The Litigation practice group deceived me, leading me to believe the are offering debt consolidation and that is far from the truth. I was paying them $365.00 per month and, they never contacted any of my debtors. Now I'm attempting to receive a refund to no avail.

Apparently there is an issue with this company taking multiple payments out of bank accounts and they have done the same to me. They charged me three times this month. April 7, 15 and 18. I put in a dispute with my bank. I was looking for help with my credit. I don't know what happened here.
