Paid over three hundred dollars for over a year for debt relief, Now the same companies that they claim were taken care of are now about to garnish my wages. And still show on my credit report as unsettled.

A NIGHTMARE! They called me offering credit repair services at a time I was planning to move so I tried it. Six months of no progress, accounts falling behind, payments more expensive than other credit repair companies and to make it worse they give you the most calculated run-around, when you try to speak to someone, they send you to call center employees that *** or *** not know the company is a SCAM, but Ive been trying to speak to an attorney for over a month, NOTHING. I have been with this program for 2 years now with marginal success. On April 7th they too took a payment early causing my account to be overdrawn. Then they took 2 more payments on the 8th. They owe me over $258.00. After 5 phone calls to them I have been repeatedly told I would receive a refund. The most recent call said it would come by wire transfer in **** business days. Hi there, are you all getting the names of the representatives you're speaking with? Would be good to share, may be helpful. I've been dealing with ******* who works with the Debt Advisors of America and they work directly with LPG. Has anyone else worked with him? Thanks.

I would give them a MINUS STAR!! I was told making payments up to 3 years, they'd make an offer with my bank credit card debt. Well, it's been over a year and the bank is sueing me. I asked how much money do I have in my account with them to add to paying the debt, and they said it's there for lawyers and court fees and it's not my money. This LPG law firm, are just the perfect definition of a Vultures are! They feed on peoples desperation and promise real solutions, but what they really want obviously is your money, sending letters to your creditors is something u can do yourself, u dont need this vultures to take your money and do nothing, every time I was asking for an update on my case and Im talking about after months, was like we r waiting on creditors it takes time, in the mind time ur credit goes to h*** and u have been reported a hundred times!And to... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would for sure. I had a payment taken out on 4/6 They have caused a huge burden on me financially more than help me. They took an unauthorized payment out on May 6, 2022, in the amount of $450, and caused an overdraft in my account. I called on 4/8, 4/15, 4/19, 4/22, and 4/28 to be told that I would receive a refund within ***** hours, as Im still waiting for any compensation. Went through the issue of error payments coming out of my account earlier this month. Was reassured right away that it would be refunded within a few days. After multiple weeks of calls and talking to tons of representatives who kept reassuring me I would be refunded I lost all faith that I would get that money back. Finally after about 12 business days I disputed the charges with my bank to get the credit back to my account.
