They don't do anything and their program is trash. I recommend finding some one else to assist in your credit ***********************.

I will start by saying, creditors and collections really are the worst people in the world. I am elderly and I totally feel taken advantage of. I have been making my payments on my credit cards just like they said, but my balance isnt going down at all!
