Company cannot be trusted. They will take unauthorized payments out of your account and will not credit "error" withdrawals back to your account. The company will not return your calls nor will they give you a straight answer. Emails to this company are never answered except by a robot that does not answer any questions. I will now have to close my bank accounts so that no more withdrawals are taken. I have tried several times to get someone on the phone to cancel my account. I thought this company was legit. They made it seem all too perfect on the phone. They have been taking payments from me for 3 months. Every time I call to find out the status of things, they keep giving me the run around. Last week they took out 3 extra payments that I did not authorize. It drowned my account, gave me 8 over draft fees from my bank. I contacted them right away and the guy told me there was a glitch and that they would refund me by the end of the week. Two weeks ago LPG took two pmt out of my account .. when my regular payment was made days before.. it put me in the red.. sent screen shots of my bank account being out into the negative because of it.. been told everyday since it will be in there next day .. even received a text message stating it would be in my bank account within 48 hours that was a week ago.. I got a phone call March 16 I spoke with the agent she asked me to sign the papper work. I specifically asked to read the documents. She said once I signed the paper someone will contact me with all the paper work. I never received any contact but email for more signing. Impossible to get a hold of anyone to resolve the issue I am having concerning being double charged this month, causing my bank account to go negative, charged overdraft fees, etc. I finally talked to a rep, not in billing after finding an earlier email of someone I talked to and they told me a ticket was filed concerning this. They took 3 (about 75% of my paycheck) payments from me when they were supposed to take one and now I have no food or gas to get food. They repeatedly lied about guaranteeing my money back on 4/14, then they needed 48 more hours---then another 72 hours, here we are almost two weeks . I had to get dog food from my neighbor at this point. They don't care and when they do answer the phone they put you on holds for over an hour.
