I have tried contacting LPG to cancel my account and get a full refund but cannot get anyone on the phone. I have decided to take care of my issues with the existing creditors on my own. After careful consideration I do not believe that LPG is the right option for me. Very poor customer service.
I am totally disappointed and have been lied to 3 times if not four in the last week. They took a money from my account twice in two weeks. It was supposed to be an error. How ever they have yet to replace. I have not been able to pay bills, get my medication or buy food. They have said it would go in soon. Was ready to be credited to my account but my bank was setting on it, and it was do to go in any minute. NOT NOT NOT. And you can never get to a Manger. Here to help you work things out. The Litigation Practice Group has really messed bank account. On April 7th they drafted money out of my account 2 weeks early and cause my account to be overdrawn. My account was negative by ******. I called and made a complaint and was told it was a glitch and the money would be refunded along with the overdraft fees. I have been working with the company for 19 months and had a good relationship with them throughout until recently as the program is detrimental to my ability to move forward as the cost of the program is dragging on. The most recent embarrassment happened on April 7th and 8th as duplicate payments were debited from my account and put it into overdraft on both days. This is awful. They put me in debt for over $700 dollars. They are rude and unprofessional. Different answers every time. Even the supervisor lied to me. This is the worse I have been treated. I am going to bank and close my account tomorrow. They will not be getting anymore money from me. I even sent screenshots of what they did. Thinking about notifying the Attorney General.
I have been calling the office for 2 weeks no answer. I canceled the program because its been a year and nothing is resolved. They started taking payments every 2 weeks now. Im going broke. WARNING!!!! Please read the numerous amount of comments and complaints of victims who have been taken advantage of by LITIGATION PRACTICE GROUP or better known as LPG. You will find customers giving their testimony and explaining how LPG has taken hundreds if not THOUSANDS of their hard earned dollars, and have done little to NOTHING for them. This company is a scam. They will sign you into a contract and do nothing to help you. So far after 1 year I have been summoned to court for 1 debt and ended up settling for the full amount owed plus interest for the year of not making payments. I could have and should have done this from the beginning without giving this company $3000.
