I have been with this program for 2 years im literally 1 month away from finishing my program and I haven't had any update for almost 9 months. I want my Money back.. It all...since I begin the program 2 years ago. they promise my credit would get better and honestly .. my credit is worst then it was 2 years ago when I started this program. be careful this is needless overhead for debt resolution and does nor resolve anything they lock you in and when you try to reach somebody for progress updates or status you get nothing also - no resolution for credit issues.
Really fed up with this been doing it to years nothing has change!!! And now they have took two payments from me when they werent even do and keep telling me that its processing!!!!
I think this group is a fraud. I started with this group almost 2 years ago they said it was a 12 to 24 month long thing. My first court case is coming ** in a week . Still have not heard anything about my case. Have not talk to the lawyer. They just blow smoke up yours a** I never hear anything about how thing are going with my case. this month they took three payments out of my account and i have spent all morning trying to get two of them put back in my account. lpg took two payments this month and the second payment was my other **** money i tried to call and can't get nobody to answer i need that second payment back
My experience with this business is been a real nightmare I got suit and I lost by default. There are not case by case managers. You dont know whos handling your case. If you call they will tell you that they will send an email to the legal team and someone will call you in the next 48 hrs. I paid over **** dollars over a year.,They broke the contract nobody was there when I needed it. This should be a crime I was fine paying my credit cards on my own. I regret taking that phone call. LPG is shady (but hey they're lawyers what can you expect?). I naively got involved with Citadel in 2019 to hopefully consolidate and manage credit debt; they encouraged me to stop making any payments on the credit cards and pay them instead. As my credit score continued to drop they assured me they'd help bring it back up. They said if they couldn't successfully invalidate my debt the money I paid them would be refunded to me. Ive been in this program since November I can honestly say I am very happy with the program except when I try to call its so hard to get through to anyone but the moment I text or call ****** from us credit bureau she responds right away. She is the one who enrolled into the program and since day one she has been such a huge help
