Worst service ever. They do not communicate with you. They send their automated emails but do not get back to you with your concerns. I was getting double charged and could never speak to someone to get it rectified. Finally i was able to speak to someone that was able to refund one of my charges. They have been very thorough and they make you feel very comfortable and not like you are a bad person because you are in a bad place. I would recommend!
Finally my credit score is rebounding now that I have some of these creditors off of my back. Took almost 6 months of having you guys work on getting rid of my creditor but so grateful that it worked! Thank you LPG, coming back soon for other items on my credit report!I literally am so glad I picked you guys!
If no one gets in touch with me, I'll go to the police department. Explains the whole situation I've been trying to get in touch for two days. But nobody talks to me said I need to wait 48 hours and that's absurd.I needdddddddddddd get out for this contract!!!!

I became a customer of LPG in October, 2020 paying bi-weekly the amount of $157.13 for services to help with my debt resolution. I was advised that over a period of time my credit would pickup and that I would be notified regularly on the progress of my accounts. During the time I was with LPG I had made several calls, emails, and received no response. When I was able to get through to someone I was advised that someone would get back to me shortly. They have done a great job and I am pleased with them work
I feel like they are not doing anything they said they said they would give my credit fix so I could buy a home by April so would not have to pay high rent payments but they lied and I have to pay account that was sold off to another creditor so dont feel they are doing what they said they do do now I have to sign another lease for another year I want cancel my contract
