LPG is a legitimate company who has been very open and honest with me. I have 6 credit cards and today I was informed one account has been invalidated, meaning I don't have to pay the charges. Team of lawyers are experts and staff calls me regularly to give me updates. There are 2 credit cards that gave me a summons to take me to court and I have complete lawyer representative in court representing me at no additional fee to my monthly payment to LPG. This Company should not be in business. They will take your money and get nothing resolved for you. I have asked them on many occasions for an update with my file. They sent me a link to a portal to set up and I am unable to create the account to log in. I have contact them on numerous occasions regarding this issue and all they keep doing is sending me another link, and I get the same result. After a whole fiasco with another agency closing and transferring everything to LPG, its been h*** trying to get in touch with anyone competent. After 5 calls in one day, I was finally able to speak to a senior who cancelled my account without my authorization. I didnt even want to deal with them further so I just let them keep it cancelled. This place, just like Citadel, seems to be another scam of a s*** show.
