This business is a total scam. I have been paying $763 a month for 11 months. I have called and asked to speak to someone who could give me updates on my account. I was told someone would call me back in ***** hrs. At first I got a call back, but from basically a receptionist, she said I would have to speak to one of their lawyers to discuss my account. An absolute scam. I have been paying nearly $700/month for the last 16 months. No progress has been made in resolving my debts. I have two pending lawsuits against me, with a third imminent. I have tried reaching out to them for status, but it is impossible to contact them via email and they do not answer the phone. I have a job and cant sit on hold all day. 1/28/22 **Please forward this complaint to ALL who are involved please! The Litigation Group is not doing what my father and I thought they were doing. Like nothing to really help us. Just getting him further in debt. We thought this was a Debt consolidation group to get rid of the Creditcard debt. So you people help pay the creditors back out of the monthly monies we are paying you. $327.84 for 36 months then my father would be free and clear. Absolutely horrible customer service. They tell you "you can reach out any time" I've reached out several times. My credit limit has decreased, not due to this company but by other reasons. In the beginning the only way I could contact anyone is by saying I was new to the service. Then they answer. If I tried just discussing my case. Got ignored. No reply emails.. no reply texts. Nothing. Don't waste your money. They are worthless

I started my journey in 2020, not sure this company does what the say. Im now being sued by the creditors.
