After enrolling with this company in January I have paid over $4000.00 to them. None of my debts have been invalidated. Trying to get a hold of someone about my account is very difficult. I am not happy with the progress, and unenrolled in the program believing that I would be issued a refund of my money that was put into the program. They claim that they will not issue a refund. It is unfortunate that the customer is dissatisfied with our services, because we performed as contracted.The customer was fully educated about our whole process during the enrollment process and her signed enrollment documents signify that she both understood and agreed to the timeline of how how we invalidate an account. The customer was also educated about the effects of participation in our program.
