I canceled less than 24 hours, after signing up, I told the agent, I did not want to go into default on my credit cards. I am current on all my cards. Since cancelling I receive 8 to 10 phone calls, emails, and letters. It's starting to feel like harassment.

I applied and everything they said was good never got email or call saying they can't do it because I live in ***** no one gave explanation why I would just want that explanation the customer service guy should have known when he ask for my address. You guys need better training for your representatives.

This company is a scam! - I have been with them 22 months and they take my money every month but have not replied to my calls since Fall 2021. I have not been able to speak to anyone in "legal" for over 5 months. I have several lawsuits pending now and my credit score is terrible. I am at a complete loss as to what to do. I am thinking of hiring another law firm to help me *** this company. THIS IS A SCAM BEWARE!!!!!
