LPG has taken two unauthorized payments out of my account as well, (04/07/2022 and 04/08/2022) and stated it should be back in my account on Tuesday, April 12, 2022; however, today is Saturday, April 16, 2022 and no refund but I see a ACH payment for 18th of April 2022. I understand it was a glitched in their system but I should have had my money back by now. I have contacted my bank and was informed of no pending deposit which is discouraging and frustrated. Wow... The Litigation practice has now take Ten thousand dollars out of my account for payment for legal service . Last Friday Discover card levied my bank account. After I speaking with Discover attorneys, the Lawyer thay was named my POA never showed , and could not be reached. I have never been contacted, and have never received an email from this appointed attorney. This is the worst scam. They take your money and do nothing. They refuse to call you back or communicate. They took TWO payments out this month. When we called them they said they would refund the early payment, but didn't, then took out another payment the next week. RUN from this company!!!!

I used this company for one year. Nothing has changed! I became unemployed and had them stop the charges for three months. They charged me anyway. It took them one month to return the funds but I could not recover from the fees charged by the bank. The bank closed my account. This is a scam!

This company is completely unprofessional. They won't return my calls and continuously treat their customers like just another number. Instead of helping me get out of a hole they have dug me into another one by over drawing my bank acct by "accidentally" withdrawing over 800$ out of my acct without my permission or consent. It has been a week of me calling and demanding a refund and them just giving me the old run around. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I have been with Litigation Practice Group for a little over a year now, and they have completely changed my outlook on their company as well as how credit cards work. When I first signed up, I was totally unsure. They talked me through step by step to make sure I understood the program. It all made sense to me, but I wanted to see results before I made up my mind. I wanted to start off by saying, my customer service rep was AMAZING! He was so helpful during my time with Litigation Practice Group and made the whole experience worth while. He was on top of everything and made the process so easy. I was in so much debt, I wasnt sure what to do. I had no idea there was a solution for me, just waiting right under my nose this whole time. The agents are always so rude. They never call you back on time and can never give you answers. I don't understand why you can never talk to a supervisor. I called every day this week and got a different answer on when my money would be refunded. Finally, the last agent said straight up probably never. At least he was honest.

I finished the program 2 years with no results. No one calls back. This was the worst waste of money. I REGRET ever doing this program. They are fake.
