I started with this company 3 months ago Everything seemed to be on the up and up now Im beginning to question their honesty and practice. They took out a duplicate charge in April ********** and another one on 8th. I have spent hours Up to 4-5 times a a day trying to get a hold of someone one that could speak English and you can understand them and to to get an honest answer. My payments with the Litigation Practice Group (LPG) are usually due the 19th of every month, LPG withdrew payment on 04/07/2022 which caused me to have overdraft fees on my account. I talked to an agent and they told me that my money would be returned along with the overdraft fees. I never received my refund and to top it off they tried withdrawing a second payment on the 18th (a day early) which caused additional fees on my account. Just like the other reviewers, they have charged me for two payments and never refunded the funds from a glitch. I was working with *******************. Last I heard from him was April 8 and he pretended he was so busy trying to figure out the glitch. Whether this is true or not, no legit company offering financial assistance takes money from customers that are already in a financial hardship.

I have been trying to get a refund from LPG since April 7th. I have called every day and I get a different story from different people every day. They told me the money would be refunded on the 12th and yet here it is the 18th and still nothing. If they wanted a payment they would withdraw it immediately so why can't they refund it the same way. I feel that I have been taken advantage of for the past year and don't like being lied to. I pay every two weeks on a Friday. That's a pay day. On April 7th, a Thursday, they took out my payment causing me to be overdrawn. On April 8th they took 2 more payments. I was told it was refunded, yet it has never been refunded. I put a stop payment on their auto pay. Maybe when they cannot get my money, they will return my phone calls or emails. I am beyond upset.

LPG has taken 2 extra payments out of my account on 4-8-2022. they claimed it was a glitch in their system and the money would be returned into my account within 48 hr. it is now 4-19-2022 and i still have not received my money. i have tried several times to contact them only to be put on hold and then they ask you to call back at a latter time and hang up the phone. i have gone to their website and left messages asking for help and have not gotten a response. their glitch has put me in overdraft at my bank with 2 overdraft ... read more

on April 8th LPG took a UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE of ****** dollars out of my account. I was told that the refund should happen in 48 hours and nothing, I called back and they said 72 hours and nothing and today is 04/19/2022 and I am still waiting for my refund. I am trying to cancel my enrollment and they put my call in hold for about 2 hours and no one answered.No deal with this guys at all.

this is unprofessional company i am with them more than 2 years with no result and the end i have to paid more than i own at the beginning they star their services , They never call me with the options to negotiate the bills , and when i paid one of the account they charged me after 7 month more , i asked for my refund and they said no refund , just a credit for my monthly payment .

My usual due date is the 17th of each month. On 4/7, I was charged my usual amount. I called to report the issue. The woman provided me an email to send my screen shots to, and said theyd expedite a 1 day refund. I have since had zero luck getting a hold of them for the refund. on 4/17 (yesterday) I was AGAIN, charged my usual amount. I have had enough waiting.
