When I agreed to have LPG help me, I was told it would take time and I needed to be patient. I trusted them and was patient and now I do not have to choose between eating every day or taking my heart medicine daily, With the economy being as bad as it is, it is easy to get into debt and not be able to get yourself out. I had mixed feelings when I started a year ago but LPG tremendously helped me with my credit card and my credit score altogether. ******* was my legal counsel and although it's pretty hard to get a hold of him, he always make sure to show up in time for deadlines and gives me due notification. I only have a few months left and I'm excited to finish strong with LPG.
Please do yourself a favor and call LPG! They helped me and my mom get out of debt and get our lives back on track. I found them online one day and figured I had nothing to lose. Their customer service reps are so patient and informative, walking me through every step of the way. After my amazing experience with them, I referred my Mom over. Bad ***************** no response to letters,Client site not working and when I was able to talk to someone nothing has been done. And the experience has been very bad.

I have read numerous mixed reviews here, from LPG being the best to the worst. I am somewhat neutral about the experience. I enrolled in March 2021. So 18 months later, I had one debt invalidated from a hospital, which was easy as they sold my info to a collection agency, violating HIPPA. I just received a summons and was in tears. I have asked them multiple times to take me off their call list. I am debt free and they still continue to call me on a daily basis wanting me to tell them about my debt.

Do not use their services!!! They give false promises and expectations. You'll get multiple timelines of your issues being resolved. Your credit will be slaughtered in the process. They'll remind you if you would have went with another company you would have paid more. They'll constantly try to out of canceling. I find the folks who signed up with LPG's service but later don't hold their end of the bargain hypocritical. You got to pay SOMETHING (which you agreed to contractually) in exchange of getting out of the original debt, right? I started working with them year and a half ago. Original debt amount was in the five figures. LPG took over the debt and wiped it off my record and I agreed to pay them just a fraction over a manageable period of time, which is also a fraction of what I would have paid to the other "debt consolidation... read more
