I had a horrible experience with Litigation Practice Group. I signed up for the program in 2020 and made 2 years of payments. I was instructed to stop payments on the accounts I had enrolled. I was told during those 2 years that my debt was being worked on and would be invalidated and removed from my credit report. One of those accounts went to court. I received no help from their attorney. I now have a lien against my house and none of my debts were invalidated. My credit score is in the low 500 and I originally had high 70... read more
So far I have not received the services that was promised to me for resolving the debt that I owe with ***************** The other problem I have is that when I call the company I dont get through to them I am unable to talk to anyone about the situation I need help in resolving this.
I have been a teacher for last 30 years and have always loved my job. The pay isnt great, but I am so passionate about what I do. I first found Litigation Practice Group after my son told me about them. He had gotten himself into some debt that he wasnt able to pay off. If it werent for him, I never would have known that there were options for people in debt like me! They were able to resolve almost 43k in credit card debt and even raise his credit score! I opted out of the program after 3 payments. Nothing was really handled and I figured other options, so I opted out and asked to be refunded. They said I couldnt get a refund , I beg to differ. They should refund me. Especially since we barley scratched the surface.
I am very unhappy with the service provided. I have been paying about $350 a month for 2 years now and my credit is still garbage. I have been sued by ********* for three different accounts. I know more about ******* laws regarding small claims court than the law firm they assigned me to does. I even told them which laws to use as a negotiating tool, and they argued with me about the law. I even pulled up the law for them.(I know the law because of my own personal experience)...
