they are a total scam. i have been paying them about a year now. 2 of my accounts went on to take me to court. i have requested a full refund. they do not answer the phone and rarely email. they said they transfered my account to another company feb 28 but sent me a new contract to sign with them on march 2. omg this is enough wish i knew what to do to get my money back yes i would aree to be involved in a lawsuit against them
Absolutely horrible customer service, unethical and predatory business practices, and no goals achieved in two years into a program with them. My credit situation is far worse than it was before, and I've been faithfully paying them $600 / month for two years; money I will likely never see again. if i can review a negative, litigation deserves it. i've been in the program for 31 months. I was promised a solution for credit deficiency in 18months or less. This company made a lot of promises but never delivered. when calling them, the wait is 1hr+ though i called at the earliest on the dot open business hr. they cannot handle the credit deficiency as promised, so they transferred my account to another company. my account stated paused on auto withdraw payment, but they still withdrawing my money from my bank on 2/3/23.... read more
LPG took money from ** Credit even though I cancelled before it started and now a 3 rd party is coming after me for the bank. I received no services and they stole the money and wont give it back. Been calling them for two months, and living messages, that I was served and they need to talk to someone from legal department, and no one is calling me back. ive been with them for two years., and they dont have a problem taking money out of my account every month-and I think I have to call the bank and stop the payment. last month the attorney didnt even show up to court on my behalf., and I really think they went down to h*** I think I made a big mistake signing up with them.

This company has taken advantage of my elderly parents. My father (80) has been sending money to straighten out his credit and it hasn't done anything. He is currently taking care of my elderly mother (69) whom is fighting cancer and trying to keep finances in order. This company screwed him. Absolutely disgusting. Law suit coming.
