I had a great experience with Lithia. If you need a new or used vehicle I would recommend asking for Luis Murillo. And the service department did an amazing job on your 2013 Jeep Patriot when someone put a deep ding on our door. I get all my maintenance done at this location and always receive great service!!!
Bought our 2017 Renegade from Jesus a couple months ago, great salesman, easy to work with, made things happen quickly, even late on a Sunday night. Will definitely be back to see him again in the future. Dealt with the service department a couple days ago for our first oil change, and a TCM check. Alana is great to work with!

Do not buy a used car from them. My daughter bought a used car in June. The driving time she was able to drive was about week and half. In their shop rest of time with same problem NOT fixed. She broke down on freeway with her daughter, this being 3rd time, manager said won't do anything for her. Single mom with kids trying to make a living and Lithia Dodge screws her over. WTH?? BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
