Straight forward pricing. What you see is what you pay plus tax and licensing. It took less than 1 hour to drive away in our new Jeep. No pressure to buy extended warranty. We did buy the life time oil changes. Thanks to the sales management for making it a great experience. This was our 4th purchase from Lithia and they have always beaten Dave Smith prices.
Your sales personal are very to talk to and they answer your questions. They are very knowledgeable. I was very wonderful to talk to Luis. He knew just what I was looking for. For me he gets more than a 10.

I would give them a zero star rating if I could, oh and since they keep deleting my comment I’ll post it here. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back to this dealership, they sold me a lemon and the lady Rosa who sold me the car lied about how much I made. The car was totaled when they sold it to me and then called me a liar and said it was my fault 😂 oh and what they did is fraud. DO NOT GO HERE.
The Lithia organization must embrace honesty.
