RecommendedI haven't bought a rig from them for a number of years but my dad and brother bought 2 trucks in the last month from them. I just wanna commend Art on his amazing skills and professional/friendly attitude. Currently I'm a Ford guy but if I ever buy another Ram or Jeep I'll defiently go so Art there cause he's earned my business!!
Had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Was there for two hours when I finally went to the desk to find out why people who came way after me had left. Apparently my car had been done for over an hour and they just overlooked calling me. Needless to say my tire rotation was free. I’ve never had any issues with Lithia in the past and I hope I don’t in the future.
I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler, I was pretty pissed when the check engine light came on, but they immediately got it in the shop and gave me a rental car until it was fixed, the next day the gave it back to me... but then it came back on so again back in the shop so I had wait a could days because it was the oil pressure pump but they were great enough to offer me a rental car, (I didn’t need on this time) and soon enough it was brought immediately back to me. I would give zero stars if it was an option. Purchased a vehicle and took it home. 3 days later they tell me I’m not financed. Then magically I was financed, but they wouldn’t tell me who financed me. General manager told me ‘it’s your vehicle now, it’s not my problem.’ You couldn’t pay me to step foot on this lot again.
My husband bought a truck that had been traded in 2 days before. Had to wait 5 days to pick it up so they could do some minor repairs. When I picked it up, truck hadn't been washed or vacuumed. They replaced the gear shifter and they left the old one and all the wires on my floor board. Also had them do some recall repairs on my dodge caravan and I asked if they could give me an estimate to fix the front seat (wouldn't adjust). They told me it would cost $120 just for them to look at it. I won't go back.
Was just told by the service department that a part on a brand new truck (>1000 mi) that is broken wouldn't be covered under warranty. Our truck has 6/100k warranty AND an extended warranty. We were told we probably ran over something. I feel it necessary to mention this truck as a 6" competition lift and has NEVER been off road.
My review is poor for the following reason three times I have had to bring my Chrysler Town & Country in for check engine light on it cost me a hundred to $120 just to have my check engine light investigated to see what the issue is that is not including any repair or warranty work anytime a company the size of Lithia can charge a hundred to $120 and a small local dealership will do it for free is unexcusable therefore I am tired of paying that money for a check engine light only
