Lithia dodge is a joke to get any service done! Tons of workers that are wondering slowly around but know nothing! Just trying to get a little info on My work truck, it was suppose to be done at noon today they can’t even find the mechanic to see if it’s done! Just WOW .. they have a messed up system! Called three times ... nothing put on hold and never again to hear from them so went in and same thing! What a mess that place is! I would never recommend them ever!
Had a recall on my vehicle!!! They confirmed they could do it so drove one hour each way and they couldn’t do it!!! Their is no money in it for them so customer service went out the window!! The service manager was a###
I have had my car in the shop on multiple occasions at least twice for my hood coming unlatched when driving at highway speeds. I tried for an hour to get ahold of service to see if a car was available for loan while mine would be in the shop. After an hour I finally opted to leave a voicemail, no one ever returned my call or tried to reschedule my missed appointment. By far the worst place I have ever gone for service.... Will never go to this place again. Purchased my Ram from out of town, and will continue to have it serviced out of town.
Over the years I’ve purchased a half a dozen vehicles from TriCities Lithia. Today they have lost my business forever. Two weeks ago I made a 10am appointment for today to get my 2017 Ram 1500 looked at because the cruise control was not working. I drop my truck off at 9:45am. A half hour later I get the text from them saying respond back if I have any questions. At 12:30 pm I text asking for a status. No reply. At 2 pm a friend drops me off at Lithia. Would not recommend. David, in the parts department, yelled at me on the phone and ended our conversation with "I'm done with you" and hung up the phone. I went in to resolve the issue and was basically dismissed by the parts department manager, I wasn't given a solution or explanation after they ordered the incorrect parts, and I still haven't seen a refund post to my bank for a nearly $300 transaction that they messed up on.
