Your service on my truck today was the worst customer service I have had anywhere to date (1 star)
Called six times mon- Thursday. Left messages only one time did they answer only to tell me everyone is busy and to leave a message. Nobody has called me back. Taking my car to hermiston or where they answer the first time!

Expect to pay $135 diagnostic fee for most services including transmission fluid change. They ask you questions on why you are servicing the vehicle and give cause to do a diagnostic and charge the fee. Will then close the service account out so no changes can be made or coupons added. Bring your coupons in the beginning and don’t agree to anything over the phone until you see the fees on paper because they will not allow change in charges after the service is done. Thank you for the $499 transmission fluid change!
