These guys worked us in when we had a computer problem when we tried to pick up our new trailer. Jere in service took great care of us. We will be returning to Jere and his team from Hermiston for our routine service and maintenance!!!

UPDATE- This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. After weeks of wondering when our previous car loan would be paid off, we found out that Lithia sent a check for tens of thousands of dollars to THE WRONG ADDRESS. Once they finally sent out a new payment, we had accrued interest on our car (at a very high rate) for over 8 days. When we tried to discuss this issue with Lithia, they basically said we were shit out of luck and that they didn’t owe us anything....Continue Reading
