I took my Ram 5500 for a few minor issues. My appointment was at 9am, I drove 4 hrs to get there. What a disappointment. These folks have no business advertising that they work on Dodge products. You should do the community a favor and close your doors

Had an appointment scheduled for 9am to get a part replaced. Sat here for two hours waiting only to find out my car hadn't even been in the shop yet. It's now been 3 hours. Not sure if they're short staffed or if it was poor scheduling... Very unprofessional. I won't be back.

I was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs. To do the work. After 2hrs. They told me that they hadn't started. I was there for about three 1/2 hrs.
Very disappointed in their customer service. We've given up trying to get a part installed. We had an appointment scheduled and they said it wasn't on their schedule and they didn't have time to install it. They didn't seem to care about he fact that my husband had to adjust his schedule to get in. Employee was very blunt and uninterested. We will not be going back.
We have bought our last 3 vehicles (all new) from lithia tri-cities, but as I sit here for more than 2 1/2 hours waiting for a simple "EXPRESS" oil change/lube, I am again reminded of how totally incompetent their service management is. They didn't have ANYONE even working the quick lube bays for the 1st 1 1/2 hours (lunch I guess). Then one "worker" guy shows and starts working the 10 car queue that has stacked up during "lunch". Been like that for the many years we have done business. Enough!!
