This review is for the service department. I have been a return customer, but no more. I needed a quote on having my oil pan replaced. I called 5 time and each time I called, I was sent to a voicemail box. I left a message, but 4 days later, it has not been returned. Also, when they were rotating my tires, one of the studs that holds on the tire had broken off. They never mentioned it to me. I had to discover it myself, which is super scary.
It's not very often that I take the time to write a review but in this instance, I will make an exception. While I was initially extremely frustrated with attempting to reach someone on the 1-800 number, all of my frustrations were offset with excellent service. Charlie not only listened to me and was very respectful but he also showed a true knowledge, professionalism and concern for me and my Jeep. Thank you for an excellent experience. Like most others on here, John and the service department have been a disaster for me. I've had my Ram for a year and a half, Lithia is the main reason I will never buy a Dodge again.
Nice to know you guys are looking out for your customers! Too busy to even take a look at the company truck (2011 Dodge Diesel) that was having issues, knowing my husband still had hours to drive before he got home. I understand having vehicles already in for service, but this was an emergency. Hopefully he makes it home, no thanks to you guys. So when they are ready to buy new company trucks I know where they will not be going. Wonder why your service department is 3 weeks out? :) Enjoy the rest of your day.
I don't want to give this dealership even 1 star. Horrible customer service even when they don't put oil in your car after an oil change. John is just a master manipulator for the service dept. Frank the "manager" is scared to return phone calls and answer emails. Don't buy a Chrysler product here, drive a few miles and be a lot happier. Totally untrustworthy and unprofessional dealership.
Thank you Rose and Frank for helping us out the best you could with our van. It made the experience a little easier and will continue to give our Loyalty to you.
