Recently bought a truck from here. I drove 8 hrs to look at a truck, it wasn't finished getting serviced when I got there so lithia tricitys put myself and my dog up on a hotel for the night. The next day I test drove the pickup and decided to buy it but it still had a few things that needed serviced so lithia tricitys gave me a dealership car to drive home and keep until they finished and delivered my dodge diesel pickup. The service here is hot and cold. No medium. I have been here and they took care of me quickly and friendly and I have been here and they made me wait (and they were not busy with other customers) and were pissy. I keep going to them because with my car I have no other option. But when it is good service here it is beyond great.
Decent prices! Worlds worst service department! Beware
