Ever since I was young I had a love for science and the human body and I wanted to apply this passion to help people on a personal level. Becoming a doctor granted me the art of being able to connect with people while treating their disease and/or ailments. In conclusion, patient's concerns and preferences are always a priority in my mind on forming treatment plans and I feel this is an important part to maintaining the patient-to- physician relationship and key to treating disease.

So pleased with Dr Alverez and the facility she used to do my colonoscopy. Everyone was so polite and truly cared about every detail. They made me feel comfortable and at peace. It really makes a difference when you have people that enjoy their job and have a heart for their patients
Have been a patient of Dr. Alvarez for many years. She answers all questions, great at explaining treatment, reassuring, etc. Staff is responsive as well. Definitely would recommend Dr Alvarez and the DHAT group.

I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez she is attentive very caring and is very proactive n solving your problems I was surprised to receive emails from her that’s unusual nowadays from doctors. she has an awesome nurse TinaMarie they make a great team. I’m thrilled to have found this Doctor!
