Had made a deal on a Ford F-150 and they had sent a copy of buyers order. Already had financing arranged. They sold the truck this morning to someone else. I have never in my life done business with anyone like this! Buyers BEWARE!!! I would Never recommend this dealership to anyone! Where I come from , when a deal is made... It should be honored! They sold a truck that was already sold!!!

Poor, poor poor! We are a latin american couple. Here there is no customer service! We bought our truck and when we left for additional service they stole us the lamp light inside the box. We complaint to the manager and they didn't believe us and do nothing. The sales manager was very agresive with my husband called him a liar and want to hit him. They were racist against us and our son. Don't waste your time coming here. Customer service sucks!! Racistas!

Terrible experience. Staff didn't know not consider their advertised Internet prices. I still don't understand their pricing logic. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else
In truth I have had a good experience. This time I purchased parts and was told to come today Monday to pick them up. I go to pick them up and no one can tell me when they will come in. The parts counter told me maybe tomorrow? Extremely disappointed in them and probably will avoid them in the future.
