I just heard from a friend how he got the runaround at your dealership today just like I did when I bought a used car last year. He and I compared experiences, and they were similar: the price kept increasing as the service kept decreasing. I suggest avoiding this dealership and go elsewhere because there are a lot of choices in the DMV. And Lindsay Ford, please do not put your boilerplate response apologizing for your poor service. This dealership is full of sharks. They leased us a previously titled vehicle and so they could give us a clear car fax, provided false VIN from a different truck which our insurance company insured for 3 mos before DMV refused tags to dealer due to discrepancy. We rode around for 3 months insuring someone else’s vehicle and not our own.
I brought my car in for a recall. The service was wonderful & fast . Thanks for the great job guys I appreciate. My E-break handle & cooling system works fine no light indicators flashing but the one's that need to be. Thanks guys
They are very well organized , Great team work ! I love that when I leave my car I know I won’t have to call them to see if its ready , they even call me 15mins. Prior and have all the paper work ready !
Both my husband and I were shocked at the lack of knowledge both the salesman and the appraiser had about our trade in Avalon and the new Ford Edge we were there to buy!! The salesman, Trevor Irish, knew next to nothing about the Edge and the appraiser, Richard Mylinski was shorting us on the trade in value because he didn’t bother to even find out what the car had in it. List price inaccurate they price low to get you in the store and then you get to the table and they add on these fees and it doesn't list exactly what for. 995 "additional fee" 665 "fees" for what? When asked the 995 was a freight fee for when they bought the car and brought it to Maryland-I went to see the car it's not like it was transferred for me from some place. Then they tried to tell me the 665 was for the title and registration umm looking at the MVA it's only like 290 bucks not 665. Of course they said they couldn't... read more
