I'm very disappointed with your service, I left my car on saturday, I was told to leave it, then I thought it's going to be ready today Monday, I called so they say the responsible is not working on it yet and somebody told me it might not be ready today, not even tomorrow. Last time I had a similar issue with you, This is the last time I take my car to your dealer, your service is terrible
I want to say Thank you to my salesperson Hakeem Onigbanjo for helping me to get my new beautiful fire bronze car , he did great job to make me as a customer happy. I came to the dealership just to talk about trading my Ford Fusion to Ford Escape, he found a reasonable deal for me quickly, and in a few hours I was driving my new car:) Also, I appreciate help of Finance Manager Ludwing Arana.
AVOID THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Took my car in for a recall and service. Received the car back with broken interior side panels, weather stripping out of place and the “need oil change” indicator still on. Took two weeks to get it resolved. When I took it back in to have them fix the parts they broke, someone STOLE my loose change from the center console! Total disgrace of a company!!! AVOID!!!

Drive an hour down the road to buy a new vehical from these guys. Price of the car was listed on 2 different websites for a certain price. Spoke to a salesman 2 times on the phone and multiple email's(which I have saved) and discussed the price online. She confirmed that was the price. Drive the hour drive and the price jumped 6 grand when I got there. After multiple discussion's I had to leave and will never come back. Thanks for wasting me and my family's time.
Robert from the Parts department is very ignorant and has the worst customer service, likes to give attitude to the customers. Your Manager Tony Needs to get rid of you and I will be going in tomorrow to speak to him about your mast attitude
