Do not go to the service department. Do not let Oliver Hogg help you. Mr. Hogg doesn't like to honor coupons and clearly has no knowledge of services Lindsey provides. Mr. Hogg can't tell you how much an oil change going to cost you until after the oil change! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! #THOUGHTHEHADADUMMY!
I had a terrific shopping experience at Lindsay Ford. I learned of them through searching the internet for a Ford F-150. Anthony Brearley replied to my inquiry, and quickly set an appointment to test drive an F-150. My wife and I were greeted by Anthony, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom. He showed us around and guided us through the available F-150 trucks there. Throughout the process he maintained a high degree of professionalism, which left no doubt in my mind that I was going to buy my Ford F-150 from Anthony.
Terrible dealer. I came to buy an Explorer advertised at $29k. Got there and they told me it was the wrong stock number and the explorer was $40k. They hardly budged to rectify their mistake. Needless to say I'll never be buying a car from them again. If I could I'd paste the screenshot of the Explorer in this review.
Can I leave 0 stars? Called 5/02 to make appt for 5/8 @ 2:45pm. No record of my appt upon arrival. Too busy soI did not stay. Called that day to make new appt for 5/9 @ 3pm. Called 2xs to confirm appt & no one can even tell me, still say they don't have record of my call/appt. Worst phone service I've ever encountered!!!
