Whenever I schedule an oil change it takes a minimum of 2 hours!
Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired cause they have none. Walked into the service department no one smiles or says hello. Made an appointment for 3pm got there had to wait 15mins to check in. Needless to say i didn't leave til 5pm after several people who came after me had already gone. And this is after making an appointment. The gentleman who brought my vehicle to me was very rude as well. My questions were answered. Johnathan, my salesman was courteous and had a good attitude. I liked him.
Was mislead on a quote for my car getting ready to sign the papers and the numbers were not correct
I had the best experience at Ford, they care about the customers, ans they do the best they can to help get your car.....Manuel Rios, helped me all the way...I highly recommend him.....
As far as I'm I'm concerned, Ford stole $17,000 from me. Bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta new. Less than 40k miles on it. Multiple check engine lights, already had serious transmission work on it twice. Lindsay Ford isn't helping the matter at all. I brought it in and they kept the car for 2.5 weeks (they don't give loaner cars, so I had to pay for a rental out of pocket). I went to have my car repaired, under warranty. They were dragging their feet until I involved Ford Motor Company. It was after this that the company was helpful, but there was still no communication. When I went to drop off my car, the service people didn't know anything about the loaner car I was guaranteed. When I picked my car back up, money and valuables were missing from the vehicle.
We were offered a vehicle for $27k and went so far as to sign the offer sheet with that agreed upon amount. Half an hour later, finance came back and said she made a mistake and the price was then changed to $29k. We gave them a chance to make it right and then they came back with an offer for $28k. Still not the original price we were promised and agreed to. When we decided to leave we were treated rudely. (Only gave one star since 0 stars was not an option.)
