Wife called Thursday letting Lindsay Ford know that we were serious about purchasing a truck they had on the lot. They requested that we put a deposit down to save it for Saturday, when we could make the 2 hour trek to purchase the truck and pick it up. Friday night comes and the salesman calls at 7pm to see what time we would be there to pick up. An hour and a half later he calls back and says they truck sold. Horrible experience same as Lucas, waste of time. Not even about price or terms, just a total disrespect of others time, after 4 hours seating in the show room, I did not get an straight answer. I was told that they were working on it since Friday. Today I called to check where they were. I was told that I will get a call back, but nothing yet, I guess they are still working on it. Avoid.
I purchased my Transit Connect work vehicle through Lindsay and one of the selling points was their preffered service for fleet vehicles. Went there today because i could not access my back door it would not open. Thinking I had preffered service with a fleet vehicle I would wait. The only thing about "preferred is that they preffer you did not wait with no promise of when it would be looked at. Sorry folks but your " preffered" fleet service does not exist, never again!!!!!
