They are unethical. I was pressured to buy a car that day when I said all I wanted to do was look at options. They still tried to get me to by the car and one of the people who works there was incredibly rude to me and said in so many words that I had wasted their time. I am still looking for a car but I will not buy one from them. They wasted my time.
Worst car buying experience ever. The car is fine and the people are nice, and even tell you to call them if you have any questions at all. Except they never pick up the phone or call you back when you leave messages, they are completely disorganized, and have no communication with each other. We spent 6 hours at the dealership where I was told the wrong amount to write my check thanks to their miscommunication. The people that work there told me my car had no recalls but my insurance company a assured me that they were definitely recalls Lewis was the salesman Emerson was the person in service and all together just terrible
I had most Hiribal first time car buying Experience and I will never forged how Salles MANAGER talked to me !!!Didn't know how to solve single problem, unkind and Profesional son of........ to the point I cried..But finally a fine FINANCIAL GUY BY THE NAME KAYLe had gave me and option to buy and am great full for him in middle of Exchange I lost a lot of money and will share this bad experience as longer as I am living.. I will make sure my word of mouth too.
I used True Car to price out the truck I wanted and got the True Car price up front. Communication from salesman Braxton Vodges was fsntastic. He chose the truck that had exactly the options I requested and even showed me several other trucks so I could be sure. I traded in my 13 Explorer limited for a 16 expedition limited. Sales manager Sarah and her finance team worked to get me a good deal on my trade and financing. This place is horrible. Went to purchase a car listed at $14,500, price went to over 21k because of a service plan that we weren't even notified about until we left the dealership. The vehicle wasn't even inspected and they let us drive the vehicle home a hour away. We had to go back twice for issues from the inspection that legally should have been done before the car was sold. They never sent in the paperwork for our tags and when our temp tags expired they wanted us to pay the fine. After the purchase we found out the veh... read more
