Lincoln Heritage was very helpful and responsive when needed at the passing of my mother. First, an agent on the phone was able to give clear answers regarding my mother's two policies and their status; then, after the funeral, the process of submitting the claim via email (with scanned and attached death certificate) was very straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the checks in just a matter of three or four business days. Lincoln Heritage was timely when our loved one passed. They were very responsive when it came to the paperwork and sending out a check. It made it easier to focus on putting our loved one to rest.

*** DO NOT BUY *** Complete Rip off.. they are basically thieves selling Life Insurance to house bound elderly, then returning a year later and adding more on. Lincoln Heritage and its sales rep name I am leaving off but is from Dedham MA. Fooling my Dad into thinking their $1100 policy would be a huge "help" to the family when he died. He paid just over $3000 after they came back 12 months from start and increased the monthly rate 50% to include accidental death.. DO NOT BUY , check your parents accounts before its too late... read more

We appreciate your review. Unfortunately none of us know how long we are going to live after the purchase of an insurance policy. We provided the requested protection that the owner of the policy indicated they wanted and could afford. We are sorry that there are not more funds to distribute but we have paid the claim according to the insurance contract issued. Our condolences to you and your family.
Lincoln Heritage was a great company to deal with. They handled my mother's death claim in just 2 weeks. They were extremely professional and courteous as well. The other company I am dealing with hasn't even sent me the claim form yet to fill out and its been almost 2 months, if that puts it into perspective how efficient Lincoln is in comparison. I would highly recommend them and would definitely give them an A++++ rating.
