My father opened the policy many years ago. Every time I needed to speak to someone in customer service they were pleasant and efficient. Filing the claim after my father’s death and receiving the benefit was quick and easy.

This insurance company is terrible It’s bad enough that people are grieving the death of there loved one’s. Yet here they are stealing and giving people stress and causing mental stress. How dare y’all take people money and act like your not going to uphold your end of the contract by not paying out what was promised by finding reasons that’s not accurate.If I don't get what their agent promised I'll be forced to sue them for breach of contract .
