Excellent and friendly service in time of sadness. Was very nice to also receive a kind letter with prayers sent from the Senior VP. Not something you see with big corporations. Thanks to everyone that made life a littler easier.

Lincoln Heritage has been the easiest and most understanding people I have had to speak to during one of the hardest most confusing times of my life. Having to bury a loved one is so stressful and Lincoln Heritage was on top of everything. No hassle, not this long trail of paperwork (unlike many more I have had to deal with)! My initial contact was with Jazmine. She was very kind in expressing her sympathy at my fathers' passing. She was very helpful and informative in helping thru the process. Explained that they could pay my Mom directly or could go thru the funeral home. We chose the latter and it was a seamless process, once we set everything up with the funeral home. Lincoln Heritage and the funeral home handled it from there. We appreciated any and all help we could get at that time of need. Thank you!
When our sister passed we contacted our insurance agent and he walked us through the claim process and even suggested how we could possibly get a discount on the funeral home burial price. We received our death benefit(s) within seven days after submitting the required document(s). The entire process took two phone calls: agent and claims department and one fax.

Very easy and painless experience when I had to use my father's policy. Especially since you can upload required documents in their portal.

Lincoln Heritage has been awesome helping me through my time of bereavement. I was sad confused and sometimes angry and they stuck right by me through it all. They let me vent to them and they made me feel like they really cared. I feel so grateful to have crossed paths with such an amazing staff.
