I'm really disappointed in this company. I accidentally lapsed after not receiving any notifications and when I realized it was an error on my part I reached out to get it reinstated. They sent it back saying that they needed a wet signature, so I resubmitted the information and then they callously sent me a reply that because of preexisting conditions they would not reinstate me. In 2014 my husband purchase this ins each month the payments came out of our checking account on July 2017 my elderly husband decided cancel Now in 2020 i checked the bills and found that Lincoln Heritage was still taking money out of my account I called and was told my husband recieved a call from a 3rd party who offered him roadside service (We have AAA for over 20 years) The said he agreed over the phone I ask for the records to show he agreed and asked for a refund i have called a number of times and still have not recie... read more

I spoke with a Lincoln Heritage Agent in the city I live in after taking with her and their Agent in Phoenix I decided not to get there policy. I called and left a message on the agent answering machine and she immediately called me back. I explained I decided against their company because I found a company that offered me the amount and price I was looking for.
