I contacted Lincoln Heritage after the death of my sister. They were quick to mail me out the information needed in order to process her claim and within a week of mailing all the information they required, I received a check, which helped tremendously in handling her final expenses. I was also surprised a few weeks later to receive her original death certificate back, which was unexpected, but very appreciated. Thank you!

I was skeptical going in because this company advertises on television, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and express processing of the death benefit claim, which was hassle free. I recommend them!

How can I stop receiving unsolicited letters that I'm receiving once a month regarding Lincoln's "Funeral Advantage Program". Opening these letters causes me mental anguish and I want them stopped. I have contacted customer service 800.438.7180 who assured me I would be added to there do not mail list. Based on other complaints filed here I am not optimistic that this will happen.

I didn't expect to receive the full amount of policy, so I was very happy when I did. It helped to pay alot of bills. I'd recommend the company to anyone who has to get life insurance.

Just recently my sister passed away. She had 2 policies for funeral expenses with Lincoln Heritage. Since I had prepaid for her services, I called Lincoln Heritage and as soon as I was given her Certificate of Death by the Funeral Home, I scanned it and emailed to Lincoln Heritage. Within 48 hours, my money was deposit directly to the account and gave them. All I needed to do was sent them a voided check. Great company to do business with especially during moments of grieving.

Very pleased with the speedy response and resolution towards a time sensitive matter regarding life insurance. Provided my family and I with a sense of relief during a very difficult time. A few months ago I signed up to work for The Parker Group my license is contracted with Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage but the Universal Benefits Insurance UBI the marketing firm is the company you really work for. You have to pay for training and as well as Business Cards, Promotional Fliers & Inserts, Website, Polo Shirts and Leads where they will credit you instead of you paying for it out right they call it an Advance. Okay fine they they ask you to bring in $4K from your warm market before you can purchase leads. Ok... read more
