My mother passed away at the end of November, 2020. Her death wasn't expected so things were very difficult, confusing, and honestly, everything was a whirlwind. The passing of my mom was one of the worst days of my life, therefore the most difficult. The funeral home contacted you and immediately advised them of what was needed and we quickly received the benefits that she paid for. The representative was knowledgeable and empathic. Thank you.

I lost my brother 11/18/2020 i thought the life insurance would be the hardest process to go through but i was wrong , it was one of the easiest processes i went through, i just needed to provide two forms that they requested and 1 week later i had a check. When i called the Lincoln Heritage everybody i talked to was very nice and so helpful, they made one of my hardest days of my life a little bit easier to deal with and i like to thank you for all you have done.

Every time i called the office everybody was very friendly to me and very helpful , they made this stressful time in my life just a little bit easier to handle.
