I wish there were enough words to truly express how grateful I am that my late mom had a policy with Lincoln Heritage. My mom passed away in May of 2020, I submitted my claim in late July. When I called Lincoln to ask what would be needed to submit my claim the agent was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company could not have been kinder processing our claim upon the death of our loved one. I was so impressed by their kindness, consideration, and the speed in which they replied to us. After we received our check, and closed our claim, they sent us a sympathy letter. That is over and above what they are required to do. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a life insurance policy!

I was very impressed by the speedy service! The staff was friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. The process for filing was also extremely convenient. The account was paid within a day of them receiving my claim information. The only area where I could see room for improvement was that in my case, the policy holder had borrowed against the insurance policy and Lincoln Heritage should have provided clear records of this transaction.
