I called to announce my father's passing. The associate I spoke to was extremely kind and showed care during the entire call. He told me what I needed to submit to get the claim processed. I filed on-line and received my father's death benefit in a week, complete with a warm letter of condolence. I'm glad to say this company delivered on its promise to my father that his final expenses would be covered expeditiously.
