My mother passed on April 1, 2020. My dad has limited ability using internet and has trouble hearing when on the phone due to his age. This company, working under Covid protocol (working from home) worked seamlessly with the funeral home and with our family in resolving the claim. They made this part of the process so easy for our family and I can't express how grateful for such a great company with obvious great team members.

This was my first experience with Lincoln insurance company and it was an awesome one. I will try to use them for all future insurance policies. Their customer service representative were were informative. Another plus , was that I didn't have to wait long to receive my benefit. It wasn't even a whole week before I received a check in the mail after submitting all required forms. That means alot when you have just lost a loved one and are trying to handle business.

From the initial call, advising of closer funeral homes and those that could help fulfill my mothers' wishes, the process was very easy and fast. Ben and especially Melinda were exceptional in their assistance. One item that would have been helpful, an auto acknowledgement of receipt of DC and claim when emailed in. Overall 4.5 and would definitely use Lincoln Heritage again.

great company !!! i am so thankful for this company. the salesman that visited us years ago was very down to earth and full of compassion. the benefits paid the funeral home PROMPTLY ! i can't say enough good things about Lincoln Heritage!!

The service at Lincoln Heritage was very good. The Claims department was very courteous and sympathetic. Everything was handled in a timely manner even through the COVID-19 crisis.

Although my initial verbal contact seemed a little short on empathy with your home office and after I had emailed the death certificates I received no acknowledgement of receipt. When I contacted the home office as to whether or not they received the email, again the communication seemed to be not rude but short on vocalized empathy.
