I am crazy about going to the Barre on Saturday mornings! Find my body reshaping and getting my balance back. Thank you Jen. & the classmates are a lot of fun too.
I walked into pole thinking I'd fall off like a beached whale. Little did I know Jen would bring out my inner spark and help me fly. I get stronger each week and I feel absolutely great :)
I thought I was in pretty good shape and pushed myself enough in my home workouts but I was so wrong! I had my first class on Saturday and I am in love! I can't wait to go back. My body hurts.. In a good way! So much fun! Challenging! Beautiful studio. Highly recommend!

First barre class this morning at liege and it was wonderful! Great workout, good atmosphere, supportive women and fun music! Perfect way to start a weekend. If you haven't tried, you should!!
