Amazing/painful workout...totally feeling it this AM. Very excited to do another class and add this into my workout routine. Very easy to follow
Jen did a fabulous job making me feel welcome at my very first barre class. I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so glad I went! It was a fun, challenging class...I can't wait to try it again!
Jen and all of the ladies were very welcoming! I definitely felt energized and very positive after class--thanks for a wonderful introduction to barre!
What can I say other than I'm hooked!? They made me feel like I fit right in and the exercise was fun and difficult. I'm going to be sore in all types of weird places and I love it! I will be coming back. If you are looking to change up your exercise routine and REALLY challenge yourself then give them a try. Men are welcome here and even if you are the fittest at your gym, this place will kick your butt!
Had so much fun in class. I wish Jen would open a studio in NC. I'm still sore!! Highly recommend!!
I was looking for a fun way to work out and found that through Liege! I loved it so much I made it a weekly habit. Met great non judgemental people and always have a great time learning new things and pushing myself to my limits.
I'm so excited to have discovered Liege. The Barre class was awesome! Can't wait to try Pole. I definitely going to be a regular. It's the perfect kind of workout for me.
LOVED the barre class this morning! It was definitely an effective workout with great music and Jen is a fabulous instructor. Can't wait to go back!!!
Not only was the work out challenging and worth it, the people there were fun and the instructor is so supportive and amazing. I'm coming back as much as i can!
