So much fun!! The instructor was fantastic and so were all the ladies in the class. All so supportive!!!

What a great class! I took barre with Jen and definitely got a great leg and bum workout! Even when you're struggling to make it through her last 8 count, Jen keeps it fun and pushes you through!! Great energy, great group, fun class!
Tried the barre class for the first time today. It was such a great workout. The studio is beautiful, the instructor was upbeat and very knowledgeable, and the music was inspiring. My legs were shaking after the class, but I know it's working!
Love love love this place! It is my weekly outlet! ❤ Jen is great and really motivating! Truly a wonderful experience for anyone looking to try something different. I have taken both pole and barre, both challenging but very fun!
