RecommendedAs a newbie the barre class was challenging but not discouraging. Everyone was very welcoming and made you feel comfortable no matter your skill level. If you’re thinking about booking a class JUST DO IT!

I am addicted! I started taking pole classes back in November and haven’t looked back since. I think the misconception of this class keeps people from joining but this class is very much a strength class. The class size is pretty small so you get the time and attention you need to learn the tricks. Plus our instructor Sam is the best she has a way of pushing you out of your comfort zone and face your fears to show you your stronger than you know. The workouts are challenging and super effective- I'm seeing the changes in my body and feeling stronger everyday! Best of all the community is great! We support each other and have a good time. Liege is the best!!
Have tried one class of each so far! Aerial silks, Pole, and Barre. Loved every one. Can't wait to continue going and making this a staple part of my life! Jen is an amazing instructor!!!!! Highly highly recommend for a great workout and an awesome environment.
