I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! I found Liberty Locksmith Store via Online and I figured the multiple five-star reviews had to be accurate (which was certainly the case). Both of our locks needed some work, and we were in contact with Jacob several times while deciding on various options. Jacob is super-friendly and he arrived very promptly on both occasions (he had to check out the problem initially). He's also very accommodating in terms of a timeframe for appointments.
