Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by Liberty Locksmith Store , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Joel was very friendly and explained everything about the lock that I currently had as well as the new lock. I will definitely be referring the business to other friends....Got the best bang for my buck AND I feel safe! Excellent service! Look no further. The woman answering my call was courteous and professional. The locksmith arrived much faster than expected and finished the job within a couple of minutes. He too was was polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future if needed, Call them they are the best Locksmith Company in Arlington, TX

This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations. We were lucky and had Gorge come to our rescue. What a sweet, courteous and considerate individual. He humored us with the type of lock we needed and re-keyed them to try and save us additional money. I always like working with a small business who is looking out for its customers. Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I Called Liberty Locksmith Store and the guy who showed up to help me with my locks was great. They worked around my weird schedule, gave helpful advice, and we generally cool. world definitely recommend and hire them again.

I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Liberty Locksmith Store and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). called Liberty Locksmith Store because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day.
